How Your Order Reaches You

Everything on this site is a digital download. Nothing ships.

Paid orders run automatically. Most finish within an hour, 24 hours at the latest.

When the order completes you get one email with your license key, your download access and the setup instructions. That email is also your receipt.

 

All Sales Close as Final

We sell software. Delivery is instant. A key that has been delivered, opened or downloaded counts as redeemed, and redeemed software cannot be returned.

Ordering means you accept this and drop any refund or chargeback claim on a delivered purchase.

 

Look at the Status Page First

Every product shows its live status on the site. Check it before you pay. Buying while a product is offline, in testing or waiting on an update is your risk, and it does not become refundable later.

If something breaks, we may offer a different product of equal or smaller value. Our call.

 

Your Machine, Your Setup

Some antivirus tools block the loader until you add an exclusion or turn them off. The setup steps in your order explain exactly what to do.

We cannot fix a broken or ancient Windows install from here. If support says the fix is a clean reinstall and you decline, the order stays non-refundable.

 

Game Patches and Beta Builds

When Access Ends

When your plan runs out, access stops.

We can refuse service or close an account at any time, with no refund. Anything stored in the account at that point is your responsibility.

This policy can change without warning. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
